The Client

Nimbus Maps is the brainchild of brothers Paul and Simon Davis, former property investment consultants with backgrounds in engineering. The technology offers users a comprehensive overview of property ownership in the UK, and provides invaluable data to those with both a professional and a personal interest in property.

The SAAS allows for better property investment planning, and improved chances of financial success.

The Challenge

Nimbus Maps’ main objective was acquisition. The SAAS comprises both an Essentials package, which is free to use, and a premium Elite package. They wanted to drive both new sign-ups to the software, and increasing the number of existing users upgrading to the premium software.

Our Strategy

In accordance with the tiered service they offer, we developed an innovative tiered PPC strategy:
– We targeted new users with search ads to attract them to the Essentials package
– We then encouraged existing users to upgrade to the Elite package through incisive remarketing ads

The Results

As a result of our multi-tiered PPC strategy, Nimbus Maps were able to achieve their acquisition targets.

Our PPC efforts also saw a decrease in CPA and, as a result, an increase in ROI.
